Independence and Well-being Enfield Ltd is seeking to appoint a single provider for the provision of an Approved Repairer service for Enfield wheelchair service. The provider will provide engineers with extensive experience in a wide range of wheelchairs and accessories.The following is not an exhaustive list but does encompass the key elements of the service requirements:— storage of wheelchairs, all types and accessories, compliant with relevant health and safety and infection control regulations,— repairs and maintenance (PPM),— safety reports,— decontamination,— reconditioning,— collection,— delivery,— decommissioning/scrapping,— accepting receipt of wheelchairs-goods in process,— emergency call outs,— recycling of accessories and part where possible,— user feedback survey,— service user complaints.
