Arbed Phase 2 ERDF Project - Scheme Manager

Welsh Assembly Government on behalf of the Welsh Ministers is seeking suppliers to act as scheme manager(s) to help deliver Phase 2 of the Arbed ERDF programme. Welsh Assembly Government on behalf of the Welsh Minsiters is seeking contractors to undertake the retrofit and associated elements of the project•Scheme manager(s) will manage individual schemes:–designing, costing, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of individual schemes;–procuring materials at cost;–procuring a list of approved suppliers to act as installers;–running mini-tender exercises to select installers on a scheme-by-scheme basis.–overseeing the installation of energy efficiency measures and renewable energy technologies in individual homes, along with any associated works and taking contractual responsibility for both installers and installations.THERE WILL BE TWO INFORMATION SHARING DAYS CONCERN THIS CONTRACT. THE VENUES OF THESE EVENTS WILL BE CONFIRMED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THROUGH A BROADCAST MESSAGE THE ETENDER BRAVO SOLUTION WEBSITE. THESE EVENTS WILL BE HELD ON THE 15TH AND THE 22ND AUGUST.
