The Council wishes to establish a framework for the provision of all aspects of tree surgery work within the Wrexham County Borough during the hours of Monday to Friday 0730 – 1715, some weekends and occasional emergency works during or after adverse weather conditions. Typical work will include large and small scale street, garden or open space tree pruning, felling and stump grinding or any other reasonable request in relation to the Framework Contract provision.The framework contract will be for an initial 3 year contract period commencing 1st April 2012 ending 31st March 2015 and will be subject to a possible further 1 year extention period ending 31st March 2016.
