Gwersyll Glan-llyn is a residential outdoor activity and education centre owned and managed by Urdd Gobaith Cymru. The centre has 200 beds and attracts 12,000 visitors annually. Urdd Gobaith Cymru are seeking services to design, project manage and develop a new accommodation block at the centre, and to prepare all the necessary drawings and technical specifications to relocate the kitchen within existing building, this to include improvements to canteen and to existing kitchen area. It is expected that the appointed Project Managers will be responsible for appointing the range of Professional Services required, this to include Quantity Surveying, CDM and all Mechanical and Engineering services.A sketch design, together with budget costings, have already been prepared, and the scheme is to be delivered within this specified budget.It will be necessary to report on progress to the Glan-llyn Management Team and the ability to speak Welsh will be essential in this case.Any questions regarding this tender should be directed to Urdd Gobaith Cymru at Gwersyll Glan-llyn.
