The contract is for an Architect led team of consultants who is suitably qualified and experienced in working within the conservation field to support Aberglasney Restoration Trust with its Piggeries Project, which includes the renovation of two Grade II* listed outbuildings and the construction a new traditional greenhouse.The team will be expected to provide the necessary technical input for, but not exclusively, Architectural design, Structural Engineer, Mechanical and Electrical design, Drainage design, CDM Coordinator and Quantity Surveyor as part of their team.The project is funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF). Tenderers will be asked to tender for a full RIBA stage A to L service broken down into three clearly defined phases:Phase 1 - RIBA Stage A to CPhase 2 - RIBA Stage DPhase 3 - RIBA Stage E to LGrant funding for both Phase 2 and 3 is subject to approval by HLF. Aberglasney Restoration Trust reserves the right to not proceed with Phase 2 or Phase 3.This tender is being conducted by the Restricted procedure, incorporating a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, from which a shortlist of 5 suppliers will be issued with an Invitation to Tender.
