The awarding authority is inviting expressions of interests from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants who wish to be considered for the selection to tender for Architectural led multi-disciplined team to include Mechanical and Electrical Consultants, Structural Engineer and BREEAM Consultant for the delivery of the new National Horizons Centre at the Darlington Campus. The estimated total gross floor areas of the proposed development is in the region of 4 200 m² and will provide a range of facilities from ‘traditional' teaching spaces, to highly specialised manufacturing facilities, medical sciences and specialist laboratories, engineering facilities particularly in higher education/cross over projects within industry, as well as food and drink facilities and corporate delegate environments.
