The project consists of additional accommodation comprising 2 x SEN base classroom, floor area 439m2 as well as external facilities including 200m2 of hard and soft play areas, 100m2 of sensory garden and 6 number parking spaces.During the project period, the school has also been approved to provide 1nr 100m2 Prefab SEN unit on a rental basis. The successful consultant will be required to provide consultancy services relating to the acquisition and installation of this prefab.
