Pembrokeshire County Council is seeking to appoint an Architect to work alongside a Project Manager and fulfil the duties of Lead Designer and Architectural Designer for a refurbishment project at Haverfordwest Library. Counsultancy services will be required for RIBA stages A-M.Haverfordwest County Library was built in the 1960's and is in a conservation area. It is basically arranged in two halves: one side consisting of 5 storeys, the other of 3.The project proposes the part demolition and rebuild/refurbishment of the Library, to incorporate library services, community learning and youth services.
