Gwynedd Council, on behalf of the councils of Gwynedd and Anglesey, wish to commission a suitable company or individual/s to undertake a scheme in both counties under the Llwyddo’n Lleol banner.The aim of Llwyddo'n Lleol is to persuade young people who are at risk of leaving / who have left the area - and those who can influence them (family, school and the wider society) - that they can have a bright future with a good job in an exciting field, in their own community.The aim will be achieved through an innovative Welsh medium, multi-media marketing campaign, which uses young people to persuade their peers. We wish to appoint a contractor to undertake this work.
