The Ark Academies are re-tendering their M&E PPM Framework via the restricted OJEU route.The framework will be tendered in 3 Lots Lot 1 — London and the South East. Lot 2 — South. Lot 3 — West Midlands.The general types of M&E services that members of Ark Schools will require is likely to include all or part of the following elements:o Planned Preventative Maintenance for all electrical, heating, air conditioning, water and ventilation systemso Response Maintenance for all electrical, heating, air conditioning, water and ventilation systemso Servicing and maintenance of specialist systems such as Fire Detection and Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Disabled Refuge Alarm, BMSo Provision of statutory certification and risk assessmentso Safety Checks for gas, emergency lighting, security and fire systemso Lift/Hoist Maintenanceo Catering Equipment Maintenanceo Thermal Imaging of Distribution Boardso Automated / Motorised Door Maintenanceo Lightning Protection Maintenance.
