Amgueddfa Cymru- National Museum Wales is inviting expressions of interest for an interior build project.The ‘Art Education Room’ will be the last of four learning spaces commissioned as teaching rooms within the Museum at Cardiff.It will be located adjacent to the newly refurbished art galleries in the Upper West Wing of the building and the anticipated look and quality will follow the signature of the galleries. The space in question is 92 square metres. The contract will consist of new new screed and linoleum flooring; a new wall cladding system and the provision of sinks and related stud-walls. The contract will also include electrical. plumbing and drainage works.A display case and cupboard construction will create storage at the south end of the room. and a new ceiling is to suspend in the apex providing new lighting and an Audio Visual facility.
