The purpose of this Tender is to give qualified companies the opportunity to be considered to enter into a 3 year contract with Melin Homes to provide a comprehensive service to include Asbestos Management Surveys, Re-inspections Surveys, Production of Asbestos Register, Asbestos Management Plan, Air Testing, Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys, and Asbestos Awareness Training.The appointed suitably qualified and competent asbestos consultancy will provide the necessary services for Melin Homes Ltd to be compliant with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
