Monitoring and control services. Asbestos-removal work. The survey, testing and removal of asbestos containing material and remedial works in residential properties. Please note we are seeking separate contractors for Lot 1 (surveys and analysis) and Lots 2-6 (removals). There are two different Pre Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), one in connection with Lot 1, Asbestos Surveys and Analysis, and one in connection with Lots 2-6, Asbestos Removals. Bidders may access and complete both PQQs, but shall note that whilst we welcome applications from any combination of Lots, separate contractors will be appointed as follows: Lot 1: One Contractor; Lot 2-6 Two to Five (at least two) contractors. No bidder will be awarded contracts for both Asbestos Surveys/Analysis and any Asbestos Removal Lots, or for more than three Asbestos removal lots.
