Description of the services to be provided.The contractor / consultant is required to provide Management Asbestos Surveys.Asbestos — 4 Stage Clearance Air Monitoring and other Asbestos Management services will be required by Poplar HARCA Housing Association.The services shall include but are not limited to the following:— Asbestos Surveying (Management Surveys),— Provision of Asbestos Survey Reports,— Air Monitoring (4 Stage and Reassurance),— Reactive Testing (as required),— Inputting Asbestos Survey Reports and data into Poplar HARCA’s property database in a prescribed manor.The contractor / consultant is required to plan and programme services in line with Poplar HARCA’s requirements.NB: This contract does not include the removal of asbestos other than for sampling purposes.
