In addition to the II.1.4 Short Description, please note the following:, The two Extra Care (Enhanced Independent Living) Schemes will provide accommodation for a range of vulnerable people aged 18+ including people with learning disabilities, people with mental health need and people with physical or sensory disabilities, older people and people with dementia., It is anticipated, dependent upon this engagement exercise, that tenders for this project would be sought during 2022, to enable contract award later in 2022., This Prior Information Notice is regarding undertaking a Soft Market Test and therefore is not a call for competition. This process does not constitute a formal tender or other competitive bidding process and will not result in the letting of a Contract. The Authority is using this process solely to test the market to gather information and ascertain the level of interest in this. There are therefore no formal criteria which we will use to review responses and it is not our intention to provide any feedback.
