Birmingham City Council is committed to the provision of a high quality Adoption Support Service for children adopted from care.Our aim is to ensure that children adopted from care, receive a range of good quality Therapeutic Interventions and that the City Council obtains best value. We feel this will be best achieved in partnership with providers with whom we can develop a close working relationship with, which will ensure that service can develop and evolve when and where necessary.Birmingham City Council is seeking to commission Organisation(s) to provide Therapeutic Interventions for children adopted from care and their adoptive families in response to funding available through The Adoption Support Fund. This will be a framework agreement of an approved list of providers.The Providers will work directly with the BCC Adoption Service to provide the required Therapeutic Intervention as described in this Service Specification.
