Court suffered mud seepage in heavy autumn rain. History of installation available. Contractor to: lift carpet and dispose of it; assess state of tarmac surface; take core samples where photographs showed mud seepage; assess drainage situation, and suggest solution and implement solution; lay new carpet and add line markings for football, tennis and netball.
