Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust ("the Host") is issuing this invitation to tender ("ITT") of behalf of East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust ("EMAS") in connection with Asset Data Destruction and I.T. Hardware Disposal (the requirement). Any Contract entered into as a result of this procurement shall be with EMAS. This ITT relates to the provision of asset data destruction and I.T hardware disposal. EMAS has a regular requirement for on-site data destruction of hard drives, floppy discs, CDs and tapes along with the collection and ethical disposal of old and/or damaged I.T. hardware. Requests for asset data destruction and I.T hardware disposal shall be for an initial period of one year, albeit EMAS shall have options to extend by two periods of 12 months (three years maximum).
