Assistant General ManagerBand 8c, £54,998 to 67,805 per annumHours of work 37.53 month interim positionThe Scheduled Care Division is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join the team.Scheduled Care within Aneurin Bevan University Health Board currently has 3384 staff within the 13 directorates in the Division.The role will be busy and provide a rewarding mix of operational management, service improvement, performance management for core services within the Division.Core Services:•Anaesthetics and Critical Care•Radiology•Pathology•Admin Services•TheatresThe successful candidate will have operational responsibility for the smooth running of defined areas on a day to day basis, and for the delivery of specific projects within the Scheduled Care Division.We are looking for ambitious, well motivated self-starter who has demonstrable leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
