Computeraid Ltd has been awarded a four-year ESF-funded contract to offer SMEs in Cardiff, Newport, Monmouthshire and the Vale of Glamorgan ICT training. The project will run for four years from February 2011 to December 2014. We will require an external auditing company to carry out annual audits and a final audit in line with regulations set out by the Welsh European Funding Office. We also require some assistance in setting up our financial recording systems as the project gets underway.The first audit will be due for submission in March 2012, followed by three more audits in March 2013, March 2014, March 2015. We would also like a consultant to spend approximately 8-16hrs assisting the Project Manager setting up the project on Sage. We envisage this consultancy work taking place in early May 2011.Experience of auditing an ESF-project is essential.Sage Accounts and Microsoft Excel skills essential.Ability to learn bespoke database preferable.
