To supply and install a robotic pick and place solution for the automated flow wrap loading of baked goods at a rate up to 240 products per minute and conditions as stated below,- Integration with existing flow wrapper (FUJI)- Output requirements as previously stated- Installation, commissioning, delivery and training requirements- Stainless steel construction- Vision system inc cameras and lighting- Built in air conditioning system- Ability to handle products with a topping (sugar etc)- Min 12 months warranty- Decline conveyor and a picker conveyor- Built according to European machine building directive 2006/42/EC.- Remote diagnostics, support and manual- Proven track record
