Automotive Consumables in Support of the Phoenix II Contract.

Babcock Land Defence Limited, acting in Capacity as Agent for the UK Ministry of Defence under Project Phoenix II, is undertaking an open tender for the provision of Automotive Consumables. A replacement contract is required to support the MOD Phoenix II Fleet c. 15,000 lease vehicles, commencing on the 3rd March 2025. The initial contract duration is two years plus one option year. The requirement includes supporting National and International coverage for the provision of a 'next working day' automotive consumables service, providing genuine or OEM parts or products as requested by the end user. The provision of a priced product catalogue file is required against which orders will be generated and transmitted automatically. Therefore, capability to respond to system generated email requests is necessary in addition to transmission of purchase orders via supplier email on a 24/7 basis. Product Safety Data and associated and applicable Health and Safety Legislation will underpin this activity.
