The commissioning department require suppliers to provide them with a range of aviation services.This contract will be divided into Lots and awarded as below:Lot 1 — Cargo Services.The commissioning department will enter a framework agreement with operators to facilitate the rapid movement of cargo following a humanitarian crisis. Operators will have the capacity or network to move cargo globally in difficult and often challenging environments.Lot 2 — PAX.The commissioning department requires operators with the capacity or network to move passengers globally in difficult and often challenging environments.Lot 3 — Helicopters.The commissioning department requires operators capable of deploying rotary wing assets in response to a humanitarian need.Lot 4 — Emergency Passenger Deployment.The commissioning department requires a select operator who can manage the urgent deployment of passenger aircraft to transport emergency responders such as search and rescue teams.
