The Scottish Government wishes to engage an individual or company to write the final report for the Independent Commission to Review Learning in Scotland’s Land-Based and Aquaculture Sectors. The Commission has been established to provide independent, evidence-based advice to Scottish Ministers. It was formed in August 2021 and will report by the end of 2022. The chosen supplier will be expected to work closely with members of the Commission, including its Co-Chairs; attend Commission meetings and stakeholder events; and assess evidence gathered by the Commission in order to produce the final report.
