Post holder will work directly in a small team with their PAW Case Officer and PAW Manager and will be the designated first point of contact for managers and staff in client directorates, providing guidance, advice and support in relation to all HR Matters relating to performance, conduct and attendance (this includes discipline cases, Fairness at Work, performance issues, attendance and job grading’s). The role is therefore front-facing with direct daily contact with our clients, as well as being fast-paced, with a requirement to effectively multi-task, and use own initiative.
