This Service requirement is for the provision of a city wide Inclusive Childcare Support Service. The overall requirement of this Service is to support registered (Care Inspectorate) mainstream childcare providers to ensure the inclusion of Children and Young people which enables their parents/carers to continue or return to employment, training or education. Mainstream Childcare settings will include registered (Care Inspectorate) playgroups, partner provider nurseries, local authority nurseries/ Early Years Centres who offer childcare element, after school clubs, breakfast clubs, out of school care clubs.The Provider will promote social inclusion and choice for all Children and Young People with additional support needs who would like to access a mainstream childcare setting.
