The works comprise internal alterations in Bellshill Health Centre to upgrade the Staff Restroom. These changes are created within the existing First Floor. The works will include stripping out of existing services (retaining those that can be reused e.g. wiring, drainage, pipework etc.), all finishes and fixtures impacted by the change, and the full internal reinstatement as described on drawing AL(0)010, including fixtures and fittings, sanitary ware, a section of flooring and decoration.
