From the contract start date, CS will require a secure managed payroll service which must:• manage and make payments of salaries/fees to its employees and board members• make other related payments (such as expenses)• make associated payments to third parties (such as HMRC and pension providers)• produce payslips and relevant reportingFrom the contract start date, CS will require HR legal support & advice services including, but not limited to:• HR advisory service to provide ad hoc and timely advice to managers and senior leaders inrelation to complex employee issues, for example, attendance management, performance,disciplinaries, grievances etc.;• Case handling for complex performance, disciplinary and grievance issues;• Ongoing policy advice in relation to best practice and legislation;• Employment law expertise where required.
