This is a call off under the Scotland Excel Framework Agreement for the Supply & Distribution of Milk 05-21. Due to this, you cannot bid any higher than the agreed prices with Scotland Excel.This is a collaborative tendering process between Aberdeen City Council and Aberdeenshire Council.Suppliers have the option to bid for one or both Council(s) and can, if they wish, offer a discounted "packaged" price if they were to be awarded both contracts.NB. You must ensure that you have provided prices for both Councils if you are also offering a Package bid. If you have not submitted a single price for each of the Councils contained within the Package, your Package shall be given no further consideration.
