The development of this project will lead to a single, accessible, trusted place for information related to care support services (covering all non-digital channels).That can be:• Continuously improved using real user feedback and analytics• Regularly reviewed and updated through the content creation process to reflect the update and development of any NCS Policies, strategies or servicesWork is required to be carried out on;• Consolidation of presented insights gathered• Creation of illustrative ‘as-is’ user journeys covering a range of user needs and personas including;o Local Governmento Mygov.scoto Care Information Scotland content with associated analytics (including contact centre)o Hosted online content to illustrate journeys through public sector, independent and voluntary sector organisations• Creation of high level ‘to-be’ service blueprint that proposes how improvements to services could work with ‘Digital Front Door'.
