Ayrshire Housing Framework Agreement for Maintenance Painterwork: 2022-2026

Interested Bidders must complete the online Single Procurement Document (SPD). All properly submitted SPDs will be assessed and scored by Ayrshire Housing’s tender panel using the evaluation and scoring mechanisms set out within the SPD. It is envisaged that a shortlist of a minimum of five Contractors will be selected to go through to the tender stage. The final number of Bidders selected to go through will be at the discretion of Ayrshire Housing and will be dependent upon receiving at least five fully completed SPDs which attain a sufficiently high score to be considered capable of providing the contract requirements. If Ayrshire Housing decides there is insufficient acceptable bidders the procurement may be cancelled at any stage.
