Descriptions
Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust (‘the Trust’) intends to establish a framework to provide a range of NHS back office services, including financial, procurement, employment and data warehousing services, to itself and for the benefit of other public bodies. The Trust considers that the proposed framework agreement will enable the wider public sector to benefit from a streamlined services delivery approach.
