The back office system will be required for the life of the parking machines which isanticipated to be up to 31 March 2028. This is a sole source of supply due to compatibilitywith Flowbird Parking Machines. A previous VEAT was issued from 2020 - 2024 (2020/S043-102833). The value set under the initial VEAT has been reached. The purpose of the most recentVEAT notice (ref 2024/S 000-028626) is to show expected value for the next 4 years up until 31 March 2028.It is anticipated that a review of the Council’s ticket machine requirements will take placewell in advance of 31 March 2028.
