Bailrigg House Wall
Descriptions
The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for works required to repair the garden wall at Bailrigg House. Bailrigg House is a listed building owned and occupied by Lancaster University. Work to partially renovate the main house and decorative wall was undertaken in 2010. The wall has deteriorated since this time and is now at a stage where a scheme to partially rebuild it is required. The wall is Grade 2 Listed requiring specialist experienced tradesmen to reconstruct the wall to its exact original state using traditional pre-approved materials and methods. Tenderers must be available to commence work on site no later than 28 November 2016. The University seeks proposals from suitably-experienced suppliers outlining how they can provide this service.
