The purchase is for a replacement and enlargement of the timber decking at Bwlch Nant yr Arian Visitors Centre.The project includesStages of work:Removal:Removal of all existing decking including the sub structure;New decking system implemented:provision of new decking system with bigger footprint than the existing which can be used for events. Structural works required in connection with the above.Additional works:Additional associated work items are also included in the project including•bicycle hoops,•a non combustible floor treatment for barbecue area•retractable fabric shades canopy shelters to openings on main elevation.•A trellis has been included into the design to enable a cost effective method of weather protection for visitors along one section of the decking.The quality required is of sufficient strength and durability to allow events to be held on it and for the grade of timber and design used to be acceptable in relation to building regulations requirements for this usage.The works are required to comply with Building Regulations and the planning decision.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=88772.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
