Bangor University purchased a Mitel VoIP digital telephone system some years ago. Software and hardware maintenance for this system has been provided by the initial supplier N.G.Bailey. Due to the University’s purchasing regulations, it is felt that the maintenance contract cannot be let again to N.G.Bailey without first testing the market and thus an invitation to tender for the maintenance contract for the University’s Mitel estate will be issued through the “sell2wales” system.For details of the requirement, please see the Invitation to Tender document attached to this notice.
