Refurbishment of the Music Department building located on College Road Bangor, including construction of a new main entrance and associated external works. The scheme involves a comprehensive internal refurbishment, upgrading thermal efficiency, window replacement, replacement of mechanical and electrical services installations, introduction of a three storey traditional passenger lift, construction of a new main entrance area with access ramp. Demolition of the annexe on completion of the refurbishment work.BREEAM very good is a requirement and the project is being developed to BIM level 2.
