As part of the LGA’s graduate programme, Pathways to Planning, the LGA wishes to receive bids from individuals, organisations or sole traders to create, design, and testing of situational judgement tests to be used in stage one of our application processes. Pathways to Planning will require a minimum of twenty-four questions to be designed and tested which are dedicated to the topic of planning, chartered surveying, and construction project management in a local government context. The programme expects the test to measure each of its competencies three times. Please note our competencies are currently being reviewed to ensure they meet the requirements of the three professions: planning, chartered surveying, and construction project management in a local government context. This piece of work is due to be finished by 27th June 2025.
