Basingstoke College of Technology are tendering for the provision of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services and Building Fabric Maintenance Services. The College is seeking to appoint a M&E Services provider capable of managing their M&E provision. The initial contract is for 3 years with scope for extensions for a further period or periods of any duration, but in any case, the total duration of any extension shall not exceed 24 months from the last day of the initial contract period. The general types of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services and Building Fabric Services that Basingstoke College of Technology require shall include the following:- Planned Preventative Maintenance for all electrical, heating, water and ventilation systems;- Responsive maintenance for all electrical, heating, water and ventilation systems;- Safety Checks for gas, emergency lighting, security and fire systems;- Monitoring, maintenance and development of the Building Management System (BMS);- Technical and Specialist Contract Services management and support;- Minor and Project Works; and- Building reactive repair service, including plumbers, roofing contractors, joiners, carpenters, drainage, glazing, flooring and general building;
