The research will inform the improvement of the current ‘stopping tax credits’ service, and will inform the development of further services designed to move larger volumes of tax credits customers to Universal Credit. It will help ensure that the customer journey is as smooth as possible, and inform communication products (from DWP and HMRC) for customers moving into Universal Credit.
