City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport require an organisation to complete the engagement with the relevant stakeholders from CWC, TfWM and UoW to discuss and develop feasibility studies as a starting point to further develop a business case and designs. Stafford Street Ring Road scheme is a transport infrastructure and public realm improvement schemes that aims to improve cycling and walking connectivity from the main University of Wolverhampton Campus and the Molineux. This commission will look at engaging with the relevant stakeholders from CWC, TfWM and UoW to discuss and develop feasibility studies as a starting point to further develop a business case and designs for the scheme.
