Descriptions
NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust and on behalf of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board require a contractor for of the reinstatement works of the COVID field hospital at Deeside Leisure Centre.Phase 1 is Ward 1 up to Ward 3 leaving Ward 4 in place. This will involve the new skate park being installed in Ward 3.Phase 1a sits within the timescales of Phase 1 and is essentially an early release of the central areas and the upper floors back to the occupier asap to allow them to re commence their business.Phase 2 will be the works to Ward 4 (Ice Rink) once the Vaccination centre is decommissioned.Location of the ProjectChester Rd W,Queensferry,DeesideCH5 1SABetsi Cadwaladr University Health Board recognises the importance of the Welsh language to the communities it serves. Consequently, responses to an invitation to quote or tender will be accepted in Welsh as well as English. Those involved in translating the document will be barred from taking decisions on awarding tenders.The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 30% quality and 70% cost as detailed in the ITT document.
