The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) requires a maintenance contract for their fleet of Biomek and Cytoflex instruments. The cover must include (but not be limited to) all labour, spare parts and travel for corrective and preventative maintenance visits. The repairs must be carried out to the original equipment manufacturers standards. The cover must also include any relevant software updates and application support., UKHSA believes that Beckman Coulter is the only supplier capable of providing this level of cover due to the fact they are the OEM and do not instruct any third party agents or providers to complete or carry out the service activities on these instruments. Therefore a decision has been made to enter into a 1 year agreement with them for this service.
