This RFT is for supply of Behavioural Diagnostic Feedback to assist beneficiary SME companies ("Target SMEs") enrolled on Propel 2 Grow programme to deliver insight into the behaviours, strengths and development areas of key personnel within their business. Specification The objective of this provision is to provide Target SMEs with feedback into the strengths and development areas of their key personnel, to act as an enabler as companies commence their growth journey. The behavioural diagnostic forms part of a discovery phase which aims to provide SMEs with a holistic report into the current state of their business, both from the aspect of their key personnel and the key attributes of their business performance. Requirements The results of the above findings need to be fed back to participants, which will assist the them to understand how their behavioural preferences and aptitudes can be best exploited to enable their personal career development and their contribution to their company's growth plans. Additional business level or team assessmnents we will be fed-back to senior leaders within Target SMEs. The suite of behavioural tools which we offer to clients, will include the following tools provided by Thomas International. • Personal Profile Analysis • General Intelligence Assessment • Trait Emotional Intelligence Assessment • 360 frameworks (leadership) • Team Assessments • Engage • High Potential Trait Indicator Assesment Deliverers of feedback must be both qualified and experienced in the feedback of each of these tools within a business improvement context. Whilst the RFT is open to all suitably qualified and experienced practitioners, it is a requirements that providers will be able to schedule feedback sessions with participants within 48 hours of their completion. Participants will be based at various locations within the county of Lancashire, UK. Tenders should include within their indicated day rate pricing provision for travel and/or sustinence to the particpants' location(s) as additional expenses are not paid.
