Bespoke Engineering/Software Interface

Descriptions

Bangor University is developing a number of mobile, automated laboratories for quantifying greenhouse gas fluxes from soil. We require technical input to produce bespoke sampling control systems that communicate with two separate greenhouse gas analysers and networks of automated sampling chambers. The sampling systems need to integrate with existing software and hardware to enable the automatic chambers to be opened and closed using prior scheduling, but also based on external triggers (e.g. rainfall). Data acquisition from the analysers needs to be linked to individual sampling chambers, and one of the sampling systems need to be able to switch between two contrasting sampling modes, based on pre-scheduling or external triggers.Contact.
