Welsh Government - along with HM Treasury - is the owner of the Better Business Cases (BBC) product which utilises the Five Case Model methodology – a standard recognised globally as best practice for developing public infrastructure spending proposals, e.g. roads, schools, hospitals. Increasingly, Welsh Government requires its stakeholders – internally and externally - to develop propositions using the methodology to secure funding for investment.Welsh Government have previously provided accredited BBC training to upskill officials required to develop spending proposals and we seek a partner to continue delivering an accredited training products on the Client’s behalf to the Welsh public sector.
