Invitation to Mini Compete (ITMC) - Brighton & Hove City Council is inviting tenderers to undertake a full survey of all of the external elements of the blocks including roof, windows, concrete, brickwork etc., and to prepare a full scope of works, drawings and details as necessary for a future capital works project to be tendered through the Councils framework of contractors. The works are to comprise of but not limited to and subject to survey: •Roof replacement with insulation •Concrete repairs to all of block structure •Replacement of windows and patio doors to flats •Brickwork repairs or EWI •Cavity Wall Insulation •Replacement of common part windows (option) •Replacement of handrails to balconies •Recovering of balcony surfaces •Replacement of rain water goods •General repairs •General redecorations •General landscaping
