EOI - Bias Identification Writing Software for Inclusive Recruitment Attraction. This is an expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of Bias Identification Writing Software for Inclusive Recruitment Attraction software. The Department is looking to the market to ascertain, the capacity and capability to provide the required bias identification software package. Process: 1. Suppliers can review the EOI document and associated Timelines 2. Suppliers will need to formally respond to the EOI to address the requirements as per section 4 of the document. 3. Suppliers are required to respond via DfT's e-souring portal 4. Suppliers who formally respond/register an interest will be invited to access the complete ITT and submit a formal bid (timelines to be confirmed).
