Computeraid Ltd has a European funded contract to offer IT training courses to SMEs in South East Wales. We are looking for a marketing company that can carry out a number of marketing campaigns during a year. We would need the company to be able to design and print flyers, as well as mailshot companies using direct mail. We would want the most cost-effective company that could also offer a high level design service. Initially we would offer a one-year service level agreement running from July 2011-2012. However the project will run for four years so there will be further opportunities in the future. We anticipate during that period we would require 2 or 3 mailshots. We would supply the data. We would like suppliers to quote for the following. This would be the basis of how we would evaluate cost. This mailshot is not the one we would ask the successful supplier to do but would be very similar to the 2 or 3 we are expecting to do. Please quote for the following:20,000 A4 double sided flyers using colour (based on supplied PDFs that would need refreshing)20,000 A4 single letter on company headed paper using two colourletters folded to A5 for posting20,000 A5 envelopesA5 envelopes printed with return address on backAbove prepared for Royal Mail to be sent second class.We would require the mailshot to be sent second class through Royal Mail. Please indicate your total price for processing postage i.e. stamp, any handling charges, etc As well as pricing for the above please indicate your experience in this sort of mailing as well as design and printing capabilities.
