Senior leadership development This will include delivery of leadership development support services, including consultation, diagnosis, design, delivery and evaluation of development interventions for the Fund's senior leadership teams. These interventions must be fully aligned to our business objectives and identify how senior leadership team development could be driven and supported through training and development. A portfolio of leadership development should be available to address individual development areas as well as offer a structured and tailored programme approach. The fund will also require subject matter expertise to include provision of advice, guidance or support in understanding or addressing problems in area of leadership development. Key to the success of the leadership development will be: - A full understanding of our business and leadership challenges - Diagnosis, design and delivery of leadership solutions aligned to our organisational context and individual needs - Strategies to support leaders embedding learning - Clearly defined measures of success and robust evaluation to establish impact
